HOT gas heater manual

Refer to the latest foreign gas heating methods ,the heater is designed and manufactured for the dryer of industrial washing industry use NG,LPG and city TG. Hot air is generated to heat the clothing for self-connected combustion of fuel.

Description

A: Gas pressure reducing valve: Highest inlet pressure 1bar(translated into other orders as follows 1000mbar, 0.1Mpa , 1kg/cfm; 10000pa)

outlet pressure: divided into two,general liquefied gasLPG,use the outlet pressure as 10-30mbar(1.03W.C American units) ,the outlet pressure of natural gas or urban gas is 22-55mbar(2.2-5.0W.C  American units)

BGas solenoid valve : Our choice is German Krom//schroeder's a-level safety cut-off valve. The electromagnetic valve is normally closed. After the controller outputs 220V power supply, the electromagnetic valve opens.Under normal circumstances, our standard single solenoid valve, according to requirements users can choose to configure double solenoid valve;

(Note:If the city gas (or artificial gas) used by the user, please select the DMVZ air valvewith anti-corrosion function. The TEFLON corrosion-resistant material used in the spool of this kind of air valve can greatly extend the service life.)

D: Burner nozzle

Select different gas nozzles as required; The size of the nozzle bore is designed to match the size of the gas used and the amount of air absorbed by the dryer,the equipment of different manufacturers may not be exactly the same (the height of sea level in the use area also has a certain impact).Calibration at the time of delivery or installation and debugging, the specific situation cannot be generalized,need to make certain adjustment according to actual experience;

General recommendations are as follows:

LPG: 2.0mm

NG:2.5mm

TG is 3.5mm






Installation and debugging should pay attention to the following principles:

The flame must be blue, it is best to see the flame core.A yellow flame indicates a large amount of gas,need to reduce the size of the nozzle orifice or adjust the outlet pressure of the pressure reducing valve;



Combustion control chart:

HOT series gas heater adopts safety program controller in accordance with European industrial combustion standard. The type are SM152N.2 and SM191N.2 ; Controller is equipped with ignition high pressure generator. Built-in ion flame detection;

According to the mandatory standards for gas burning in Europe, Single electrode ignition is required.

The schematic diagram of ignition and detection is shown below.This approach is designed to ensure correct and reliable grounding; Prevent the gas fire caused by electrostatic spark;




NoteMost of the failure to ignite and the automatic extinguishment of the flame within 5-10 seconds after ignition is caused by poor grounding,the completeness of the combustion must be confirmed by ensuring that the ion current forms a complete loop and through the controller



The controller is recommended to be installed in the total control box of the equipment, away from the heat source.

The environmental temperature of the controller is 20-60 degrees.

A control device higher than the ambient temperature can be ineffective and severely burned.

Heating value of natural gas:0.85  Kcar (8500Kcal)/ m³

The calorific value of urban gas :  0.35 Kcar (3500Kcal)/m³

1 Kcar =  11.86KW

For example HOT-50  :50KW  / 11.85  =4.2 Kcar

Related problems during installation and debugging:Must ensure that the gas pressure connected cannot be greater than 1bar ;



1: Gas installation and connection; All kinds of gasincluded NGLPGC.GThe following matters must be confirmed before the inlet of the heater pipeline.

AWhat is the pressure of the gas?  B:What kind of gas is it;

Our products have installed pressure regulating valvesPressure stabilizing valve or pressure reducing valve has been called

The range of pressures to adapt is wide (maximum 1bar, minimum 50mbar)

However, it cannot be used if the specified pressure or low pressure minimum pressure is exceeded, If the gas pressure is greater than 1bar (i.e., 1 kg pressure or 0.1Mpa),the diaphragm of the pressure reducing valve will rupture. the gas will go directly to the solenoid valve at the back, And the electromagnetic force cannot withstand pressure greater than 1bar,so the gas goes straight to the device,danger of fire or explosion.So the gas pressure must not be greater than 1bar ; Install gas piping as per standard. It is recommended not to use simple connection such as gas hose (rubber hose). A formal piping system needs to be installed. Consult professional gas pipeline installation personnel for details ;

NoteThe maximum power of general household liquefied gas bottle (15kg standard) and hose design is 20KW(20000Kcal) and our device, hot-50 is 50KW ;Therefore, the single bottle of household liquefied gas cannot be used normally in this product;

When the gas pressure is less than 30mbar, the pressure reducing valve shall be removed.


2. When the gas pressure is too low, generally less than 30mbar,the pressure relief valve will cause the gas to fail. So you have to remove the gas pressure reducing valve,direct the gas to the solenoid valve,but if the gas pressure is less than 5mbar,the gas pressure is too small to operate the equipment normally,need to apply to the gas supplier for additional pipeline pressure (or gas supply) or check the cause of the situation ;

Ensure good grounding of equipment and controller

Gas equipment must be properly grounded ; Common failures include AZero charged ; B:Unreliable grounding; C: The fire line voltage is too high or too low. The method of detection is to measure the voltage of fire line (L) and zero line (N) with a multimeter and the voltage between fire line L and ground line PE, the voltage of these two terms must be equal (220V plus or minus 10%),you can't use it if it's not equal, you can't use it if it's not equal, the power supply and connection must be checked first.


3. Initial installation test

It is recommended not to open the air source after the initial installation of the equipment. Start the power supply to observe the ignition and whether the air intake is normal. After the first ignition failure of the controller, the second ignition is performed. When the two ignition failures will output fault alarm;When the failure alarm light is on, the reason must be found out before reset and restart.Open the air source to operate normally after the pilot fire is normal;
